We offer professional coaching sessions for business owners, which will provide guidance and assistance in clarifying the vision of the business; prioritizing goals and strategies for growth; and achieving success. Our coaching is designed to keep the business owner focused, motivated and accountable to implementing ideas and strategies that will positively impact their business operations and profitability.
During a typical 2-hour coaching session, we will:
- Review business goals
- Reflect on current business practices
- Conduct a needs analysis
- Develop an action plan
We conduct an initial consultation with the business owner to learn more about their company, and their specific needs and concerns. The initial consultation is free of charge. We are then available to provide a single coaching session, or a multi-session option, which will allow for a comprehensive review of progress.
